The Winco AFP-10XC-H non-stick aluminum fry pan is constructed of durable high grade aluminum. This Winco fry pan is easy to clean and will last through everyday use. Fry pans are designed to sit flat on burners avoiding "gassing" which occurs when the open flame climbs the sides of the pan and attaches directly to the oil. This Winco aluminum fry pan is deep sided which makes stirring and turning contents easier. Excalibur non-stick coating provides superlative durability and food release.
