This Chinese Cleaver has a sharp and tough cutting edge that's specifically used for repeated strikes directly into thicker meats, cartilage and in some cases bone. Due to the design of the Chinese Cleaver it doesn't need to be particularly sharp. It hacks through the meat from the users force, more so than knife sharpness.
