The AccuTemp E32401D080 Evolution™ is a countertop broilerless electric convection steamer that uses patented Steam Vector Technology to quickly cook quality foods. This countertop model is able to steam 3 full sized pans at once. The controls and temperature display are easily accessible with the digital control. Thanks to the 3 gallon water reservoir, this convection steamer requires no water or drain connections. Along with faster cook times, the Evolution™ steamer from AccuTemp is also very energy and water efficient, being an ENERGY STAR certified product that uses less than 1.5 gallons of water per hour.
