The AccuTemp ETH2083A2450-S2 Bun & Tortilla Toaster is a high-quality commercial toaster designed for efficiently heating buns and tortillas. It features a stainless steel stand with casters for easy mobility, making it a versatile addition to your kitchen setup. This griddle includes a 7 gauge stainless steel plate with a hermetically-sealed steam chamber and infrared burners that allows for even and consistent heating with no more than 5 degrees Fahrenheit of variation throughout the entire cooking surface. A crumb trough runs along the entire front of the griddle, allowing crumbs to be easily collected for a clean workspace. This electric AccuSteam bun and tortilla toaster is controlled with an easy to access digital control that can be adjusted to anywhere from 200-400 degrees Fahrenheit and includes 3 preset temperatures.
