The AccuTemp GGF1201B3650-T1 AccuSteam natural gas griddle is a countertop griddle that is ideal for any commercial kitchen. This griddle includes a 7 gauge stainless steel plate with a hermetically-sealed steam chamber and infrared burners that allows for even and consistent heating with no more than 5 degrees Fahrenheit of variation throughout the entire cooking surface. A grease trough runs along the entire front of the griddle, keeping your cooking surface clean and grease-free. This AccuSteam natural gas griddle is controlled with an easy to access digital control that can be adjusted to anywhere from 200-400 degrees Fahrenheit and includes 3 preset temperatures.
