This electric steam table offers three 12" x 20" wells that accommodate pan inserts up to 7-3/4" deep. Prepare your food items directly on this unit's poly cutting board. An adjustable undershelf keeps your important ingredients and utensils near by.
Fiberglass insulation provides optimal temperatures for longer while using less energy. Being NSF certified means that this electric steam table is safe for public and commercial use. This unit is intended for dry use, for hot water bath spillage pans must be purchased separately.
