Built from 18 gauge 304 stainless steel and braced by a galvanized open frame base with side crossrails, this unit stands up to daily service in restaurants, commissaries, and production kitchens. Its 27" F/B x 77" L/R footprint fits neatly along a line without sacrificing capacity.
