The APW Wyott RCW-11 food pan warmer's housing and liner are constructed of stainless steel, which resists corrosion and rust. The liner is elevated to prevent moisture from dripping down the outside of the device. The warmer has a low-watt electric heating element that produces even heat, and it is fiberglass-insulated to maintain hot temperatures.

This warmer has a thermostatic control that enables rapid heating and cooling. It gets as hot as 212 degrees Fahrenheit for effective heating. This device's 1.75-gallon capacity enables wet or dry activities. There is no cover or standard insets included with the APW Wyott RCW-11 food rethermalizer.
