Housing and liner of the APW Wyott RCW-7SP food pan warmer is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. To stop moisture from running down the outside of the device, the liner is elevated. The warmer is fiberglass-insulated to maintain hot temperatures while the low-watt electric heating element generates even heat.

A thermostatic control on this warmer allows for quick heating and cooling. For efficient heating, it reaches 212 degrees Fahrenheit. The 1.75-gallon size of this device allows for wet or dry operations.
