The Arctic Air ACP55 Refrigerated Counter-Top Prep Unit includes ten 1/6 stainless pans and covers. Stainless pan supports are included and this item has a 33°F to 41°F temperature range with electronic thermostat and external digital LED display. Stainless steel covers are standard along with stainless steel interior and exterior with plastic feet. The Arctic Air ACP55 meets all cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards.
