The Ashland 4820 PolyTrap 40 lb plastic grease trap is engineered to keep fats, oils, and grease from entering your sewer line. Operating at 20 GPM, it retains wastewater long enough for grease to cool, solidify, and separate for proper disposal. Its PolyTrap plastic construction uses a unique resin for continuous service in high-temperature applications. Scientifically placed, removable baffles and an internal air-relief support effective separation, while a flow control device helps regulate performance. A 2" threaded connection streamlines installation, and a D-ring sealing gasket forms a tight seal between the cover and tank. The matching cover features recessed bolt holes and stainless steel screws, and the unit includes easy-to-read installation instructions.
