Set up eight 1/6 size pans in the stainless top opening—4" deep pans are furnished, and the top will also accept 6" deep pans for higher-volume menus. A 10" cutting board with available counter space lets cooks assemble sandwiches, salads, and wraps quickly in the same footprint.

The stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior stand up to daily use and wipe down fast between tasks. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 and a 1/6 HP compressor supports dependable performance, while two doors and four shelves provide backup storage for prepped items.
