At 48" wide with a 9.8 cu. ft. two-section base, this unit balances generous prep real estate with compact footprint efficiency. Stage and organize mise en place with an opening for (18) 1/6 size pans; furnished pans are 4" deep, and the top will also accommodate 6" deep pans to match your menu.
