Stage backups behind three doors on six shelves to minimize restock trips during peak periods. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system employs R290 refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor to deliver dependable cold holding without sacrificing workspace.

Engineered for daily service, this Elite Series counter features a stainless steel top, front, sides, and doors with a durable aluminum interior; the exterior bottom and back are galvanized for added strength. Supplied 4-inch-deep pans fit the rail, and the top accommodates 6-inch-deep pans when menus demand extra capacity.
