Power through cold prep with the Beverage Air SPED60HC-18M-2, an Elite Series mega top refrigerated counter engineered for demanding make lines. This mega top sandwich / salad prep table provides a 60-inch work zone and 17.1 cu. ft. of two-section storage to keep high-volume ingredients organized and within reach.

The stainless steel top accepts eighteen 1/6-size pans for rapid sandwich and salad assembly; furnished pans are 4 inches deep, and the top accommodates up to 6-inch-deep pans. A 10-inch polyethylene cutting board spans the length for efficient slicing, portioning, and plating.

Two pull-out drawers for 6-inch pans, one door, and two shelves give chefs flexible access to backups and mise en place. A rugged stainless steel exterior with a galvanized back and bottom, aluminum interior, rear-mounted self-contained R290 refrigeration, and a 1/3 HP compressor support dependable performance in busy kitchens.
