Prep directly on the 17" polyethylene cutting board while reaching into the stainless steel top opening for eighteen 1/6-size pans; furnished pans are 4" deep, and the top accommodates 6" deep pans when needed. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration powered by eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor supports consistent cold holding and quick installation.
