This full height, non insulated cabinet comes equipped with a clear polycarbonate door with fixed wire pan supports that can fit 36 full sized pans. The cabinet has two ways of functioning either as a food warmer or as a proofer with both utilizing the LED display to help monitor the settings. In food warm mode, the cabinet can be adjusted with the manual controls allowing you to set to the temperature up to 185 degrees Fahrenheit. In proofing mode, this unit allows you to adjust the humidity between 30%-95% while maintaining a temperature up to 115 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit is constructed from aluminum to provide durability, while the corner bumpers installed ensure safety when transporting. Easily transport or move this cabinet with the help of the four 5" casters and secure it in place by locking the front casters.
