The Blodgett 1415 SINGLE electric deck pizza oven is an excellent addition to any restaurant, pizzeria, dining hall, or other foodservice business that wants to produce delicious, hot, fresh pizzas. This unit is compact enough for any kitchen low on space since this model is able to securely fit on many countertops. Despite this model being a countertop deck oven, it still produces similar results to full model pizza deck ovens. Three tubular type heaters accurately and evenly cook products to their desired finish.

The Blodgett 1415 SINGLE electric deck pizza oven is designed with a stainless-steel build that helps create corrosion resistance, increasing the longevity of the oven. The pizza oven also features an aluminized steel combustion chamber and baking compartment, as well as Cordierite decks that ensure efficient and equal heating throughout each compartment. For optimal temperature and energy conservation, this countertop deck oven is equipped with 1" high-temperature mineral fiber sheet insulation on the top, back, sides, and bottom. Cleaning is easier with the aluminized steel baking compartment liner, which also protects the interior from damaging.
