The Blodgett CTB DBL double deck half-size electric convection oven is designed for efficiency and durability, making it an ideal choice for commercial kitchens with limited space. This unit features two standard-depth baking compartments that accommodate 13” x 18” standard half-size baking pans in a front-to-back position. The left-hinged door provides easy access, while the controls are conveniently located on the front right side.
Each compartment is equipped with a two-speed fan and a 1/4 horsepower blower motor, which efficiently recirculates heated air to ensure even baking while reducing energy consumption. With a temperature range from 200°F to 500°F, this double deck convection oven allows for precise cooking control, making it perfect for a variety of baked goods, roasted meats, and more.
