The Blodgett CTB SGL half size electric convection oven is an efficient convection oven that comes in a compact single deck design. You can utilize the same performance of a full size convection oven in a half size, more space friendly model. With the ability to hold five 13" x 18" pans, you can quickly prepare low to mid-volumes of foods. This electric convection oven has a cooking cavity containing a two-speed fan and 1/4 horsepower blower motor that efficiently recirculates heated air through the interior compartment, which reduces energy consumption while increasing performance.

Blodgett's single deck oven has a full angle iron frame that maintains ovens square and true while also providing durability and versatility. Furthermore, the hybrid insulation with a layer of Superwool HT for improved insulative properties, designed to keep your oven running at optimum efficiency for longer, provides superior lifetime performance. With stainless steel on the front, top, back, and sides, this half size oven is going to be easy to clean for your kitchen staff.
