The Blodgett CTB DBL double deck half size electric convection oven has 2 standard depth baking compartments that accept 13” x 18” standard half-size baking pans in front-to-back-position. This model's door opens on the left, with controls on the front right side.

This Blodgett double deck oven has 2 compartments, each containing a two-speed fan and 1/4 horsepower blower motor that efficiently recirculates heated air throughout the interior compartment, which reduces energy consumption while increasing performance. The entire system delivers a cost-effective way for cooking. Allowing for temperatures between 200°F and 500°F, you can cook tons of different foods to perfection.

The Blodgett double deck electric convection oven features a full welded, extruded angle iron frame that not only keeps ovens square and true but offer the most durability and versatility among other ovens on the market. In addition, they offer better lifetime performance due to the hybrid insulation with a layer of Superwool HT for improve insulative qualities, designed to keep your oven running at peak performance for longer.
