Most regional food safety and/or HACCP programs require storage 6" off the floor – this unit is double that! It can also be used in the receiving dock area to keep the dock area clean and boxes off the ground during unloading processes. Hold up to 1500 lbs. on this one piece, seamless, heavy-duty polypropylene that ensures long lasting durability and superior equipment performance. One Camlink connector is included to securely lock racks together for a more stable storage system. The double wall structure provides added strength and stability, while the smooth surface is easy to clean and will not rust, chip, dent or corrode. Easily clean underneath thanks to the open ends and sides. The two color options will match perfectly with Camshelving for a clean and consistent look no matter where you use it. Slotted tops are recommended for use in coolers and freezers to ensure extra cold air circulation around perishable products for optimum freshness and quality.
