The Cambro 1826LBCSP food storage cart is designed to retain hot and cold food in food storage boxes at safe temperatures. This single compartment cart can hold up to 5 food boxes inside, perfect for food storage and transportation of catering foods. The one-piece seamless polyethylene structure is resistant to denting, cracking, rusting, chipping, and breaking. This cart has double walls and thick foam insulation to maintain stable temperatures, as well as a recessed pop-up vent to let steam out and keep your freshly cooked dishes from becoming too moist and soggy. The recessed corrosion-free stainless steel hinges and latches are long lasting and prevent accidental openings, and the molded-in horizontal handle on the back will give directional control during transportation making this cart an easy to use accessory for any busy food service establishment. This model includes a security package for correctional facility use. This Cambro Camcart is available in dark brown, coffee beige, and slate blue.
