The Cambro 1200DIV131 ThermoBarrier shelf divider is ideal for busy caterers to keep hot and cold food separated while maintaining temperatures during transport. This barrier insulated with thick polyurethane fits Cambro Ultra Camcart UPC 1200 series and can be used to minimize empty space and reduce food temperature loss in a partially loaded compartment or to separate full and empty food pans held in the same compartment.
