The Cambro 1600DIV401 ThermoBarrier shelf divider is great for busy caterers that want to keep hot and cold food separated while maintaining temperatures during transport. This barrier – that is insulated with thick polyurethane – fits Cambro Ultra Camcart UPC1600 & CamKiosks and can be used to minimize empty space and reduce food temperature loss in a partially loaded compartment or to separate full and empty food pans held in the same compartment. This barrier is dishwasher safe and stackable to organize storage when not in use.
