The Cambro UPR1826FA40580 ultimate sheet pan rack is a mobile unit that allows for airflow when storing sheet pans. The device is composed of brushed graphite colored composite plastic, which is corrosion-resistant, durable, and easy to clean. You can easily move your sheet pan rack from the refrigerator to the kitchen floor, and transfer hot pans directly onto the rack from an oven up to 350 degrees Fahrenehit, thanks to the four 5 inch center-stem zinc plated metal swivel casters with non-marking polyurethane casters. You can store up to 40 full side sheet pans (18 inch x 26 inch) or 80 half size sheet pans (18 inch x 13 inch). Each rail has 1.5 inch of space between them for large products as well as ribbed ends to allow for airflow and keep them in place. Corrosion and rust are not a worry as there is no metal, crossbars, screws or welds. Each rail has a 55 lb. capacity, making for a total capacity of 350 lbs. The top of the sheet pan rack has a frame built-in to hold one full size sheet pan to protect the product on the rest of the rack.
