The Cambro UPR1826FPA20580 ultimate sheet pan rack is a mobile unit that allows airflow while storing sheet pans. The unit is constructed of corrosion-resistant, sturdy, and easy-to-clean brushed graphite colored composite plastic. Thanks to the four 5" center-stem zinc plated metal swivel casters with non-marking polyurethane wheels, you can effortlessly move your sheet pan rack from the refrigerator to the kitchen floor, and put hot pans directly onto the rack from an oven up to 350°F. You can store up to 20 full side sheet pans (18" x 26") or 40 half size sheet pans (18" x 13"). Each rail has 3" of space between them for large products as well as ribbed ends to allow for airflow and keep them in place. Corrosion and rust are not a worry as there is no metal, crossbars, screws or welds. Each rail has a 55 lb. capacity, making for a total capacity of 350 lbs. The top of the sheet pan rack has a frame built-in to hold one full size sheet pan to protect the product on the rest of the rack.
