The Carter-Hoffman BB1600 heated cabinet allows users to securely hold and transport pre-plated meals while keeping them hot, fresh, and ready to serve. Up to 150 covered plates between 8 3/4" and 11" in diameter can be stored in a Carter-Hoffmann with 2 solid doors for pre-plated food in a sturdy stainless steel box.

This banquet cabinet has reinforced backup plates and a horizontal full-width heavy-duty stainless steel push handle fastened on each end. The BB1600 cabinet has three welded, double nickel-plated, removable wire shelves. This movable banquet cabinet has a top-mounted, inconel-sheathed heating element that is controlled by a full-range thermostat and has a temperature range of 80 to 200 degrees F.

The EquaHeat model has two can fuel drawers in addition to a high-performance blower system that distributes heat evenly throughout the cabinet. The EquaHeat mobile banquet cabinet's all-welded stainless-steel design has turned-in seams for better stability and durability. This transportable banquet cabinet is insulated with 2" of high-density fiberglass.
