The Carter-Hoffmann HL1-18 heated storage cabinet provides capacity up to (36) 12" x 20" steam table pans or (18) 18" x 26" sheet pans can fit on the 3" fixed wire universal slides, and the equipment can withstand temperatures of 190 degrees F.

Non-humidified heated holding cabinets are perfect for holding hot or covered foods for extended periods of time. The single pane temerpered glass door makes viewing held foods easy. This heated storage cabinet moves on a set of wheels rubber casters in 5" diameters (2 with brakes). For safety, this heated holding cabinet is ETL-Sanitation and ETL listed in the US and Canada.
