The Carter-Hoffmann HL2-5 hotLOGIX undercounter heated holding and proofing cabinet is the perfect solution for keeping food warm and ready for service in commercial kitchens, catering operations, and bakeries. With its compact design, this undercounter unit accommodates up to five full-size sheet pans (18” x 26”) or ten steam table pans (12” x 20” x 2.5”), making it ideal for kitchens with limited space.

Designed with a lightweight yet durable aluminum construction, the HL2-5 features a non-insulated single-wall design with an efficient blower heating system. The bottom-mounted heating module includes recessed manual dial controls, allowing easy temperature and humidity adjustments. It can preheat to 169°F (71°C) in approximately 30 minutes and is capable of reaching up to 190°F (88°C), ensuring food stays at ideal serving temperatures.

A clear tempered glass door allows for easy product visibility, while the heavy-duty chrome-plated latch with a magnetic catch ensures a secure closure. The unit is equipped with 5” all-swivel casters, two of which have brakes, for easy mobility in busy commercial environments.
