The Carter-Hoffmann HL2-8 hotLOGIX 1/2 height heated holding and proofing cabinet is the perfect solution for keeping cooked food at optimal serving temperatures while maintaining moisture and freshness. With a capacity for up to eight full-size sheet pans (18” x 26”) or sixteen steam table pans (12” x 20” x 2.5”), this cabinet is ideal for commercial kitchens, catering operations, and bakeries requiring reliable heated storage.

Designed with a lightweight yet durable aluminum construction, the HL2-8 features a single-wall, non-insulated design with an efficient bottom-mounted blower heating system. The recessed manual dial controls allow for easy temperature and humidity adjustments, while the digital thermometer ensures precise monitoring. The unit can preheat to 169°F (71°C) in approximately 30 minutes and is capable of reaching temperatures up to 190°F (88°C).

A single-pane tempered glass door provides clear visibility of stored food items, while the chrome-plated latch with a magnetic catch ensures secure closure. Equipped with 5” all-swivel rubber casters, including two with brakes, this cabinet allows for smooth mobility and secure placement in busy foodservice environments.
