Delfield N8046N Product Details
The Delfield N8046N is a narrow drop-in ice-cooled cold food well sized 46-3/4" W x 18" D to maximize serving space without crowding your counter. Designed for (2) 12" x 20" pans, it organizes salads, toppings, or chilled sides for efficient line service and attractive self-serve displays.
Integrate it cleanly into existing counters using the fit top gasket and the required 45-3/4" x 17" cutout for a flush, professional look. A removable perforated false bottom elevates pans above ice for consistent chilling and quicker drainage between rushes.
Built with a stainless steel top and interior and a galvanized exterior, it withstands daily back-of-house demand while simplifying wipe-downs. The 1" drain expedites meltwater removal to keep stations tidy, and NSF compliance supports food safety across cafeterias, hotels, and catering lines.
