The Delfield N8059-R drop-in ice-cooled food well maintains cold items chilled at just the right temperature for your customers to enjoy! This drop-in food well can hold 3 standard, 12" x 20" pans comfortably. With a curved design, this cold food well is perfect for semi-circular counter surfaces. An included fitted flange, perimeter gasket allows you to snugly install this food well into your countertop.

By not requiring electricity, this drop-in well is a cost-effective and dependable solution to keep chilled goods cool. There's no need to worry about ice or water pouring from the well thanks to removeable and perforated false bottoms. To quickly drain liquids, the 22-gauge stainless steel interior is creased to a 1" diameter drain. At the end of the day, you can quickly and easily clean this food well inside and out in preparation for the next day.
