The Delfield N8746ND Narrow Drop-In Hot Food Well is a versatile and efficient solution for keeping your hot dishes at the perfect serving temperature. This unit is ideal for buffet lines, catering services, and any commercial kitchen setup requiring a reliable heating solution. The narrow design allows for space-saving installation without compromising on capacity, accommodating two 12" x 20" pans. Constructed with a durable 18-gauge stainless steel top and a galvanized steel exterior, this food well ensures longevity and resistance to wear and tear.
Each well is 6.25" deep and has individual infinite temperature controls. This allows for precise heat settings to keep your food warm and ready to serve. The unit is designed with a 1/2" N.P.T. drain in each well, all manifolded to a single gate valve for easy cleaning and maintenance. The Delfield N8746ND also features 1" fiberglass insulation on all sides and 2" fiberfrax blanket insulation on the bottom to ensure optimal heat retention and energy efficiency.
