The Dormont Blue Hose®, known for its durability and flexibility, features a multi-strand stainless steel braid covered by a blue antimicrobial PVC coating that resists oils, grease, and flames up to 350°F (177°C). The kit includes Dormont’s patented SnapFast one-handed quick-disconnect fitting, allowing for effortless connection and disconnection of appliances. The integrated thermal shut-off feature automatically stops gas flow if the internal temperature exceeds 350°F, enhancing kitchen safety. The included restraining device and full port brass valve provide additional security, preventing strain on the hose and ensuring a secure, leak-proof connection.
