Specially designed for high-flow and higher-volume brewers, this filter helps deliver premium ingredient water by reducing chlorine, taste and odor, scale, and fine particulates.
Using Everpure’s proprietary Micro-Pure® II media, the MH² cartridge inhibits bacterial growth on the filter media and captures contaminants as small as 0.5 microns. Its advanced precoat filtration technology supports better coffee extraction and equipment performance by minimizing limescale buildup that can hinder heating efficiency and cause internal damage.
With a flow rate of 1.67 gpm and 9,000-gallon capacity (or approximately 18,000 pots), this filter is ideal for busy cafés, restaurants, and beverage stations. NSF-certified under Standards 42 and 53, it provides the safety and reliability commercial foodservice operations demand.
