Built for busy lines, the Globe GCB24G-CR countertop gas charbroiler packs two stainless steel U-style burners delivering 80,000 BTU for fast recovery and even heat across a compact 24-inch footprint. Use it to sear steaks, finish chicken, or fire burgers and vegetables during peak services.

Heavy-duty reversible cast-iron grates and cast-iron radiant covers store heat and imprint appetizing sear marks while helping manage flare-ups. Field convertible to char rock or a combination radiant/char rock, it lets you tailor flavor and heat characteristics to your menu.

Operators save time with adjustable pilots accessed from the front, a 4-inch wide grease trough, and a stainless steel drip pan that simplifies cleanouts. An insulated stainless steel double-wall body, stainless front edge, and 4-inch adjustable legs support a cooler, safer, and level work line. Ships natural gas with an LP conversion kit included for flexible installation.
