The Globe GCB24G-SR radiant gas charbroiler drives consistent, high-output performance in a compact 24-inch footprint. Two stainless steel U-style burners deliver a combined 80,000 BTU for fast recovery and even heat across the grate surface, keeping pace on busy lines.

Optimize workflow with heavy-duty reversible cast-iron grates: use one side for bold sear marks and the other for delicate items. Stainless steel radiant covers help manage flare-ups, while a 4-inch wide grease trough and stainless steel drip pan streamline cleanup between rushes. Adjustable pilots with front access and metal control knobs with set screws support confident, precise control.

Built for demanding kitchens, the insulated stainless steel double-wall construction and stainless front edge stand up to daily service. Four-inch adjustable stainless steel legs make leveling simple, and the unit ships natural gas with an LP conversion kit included.
