A 1" thick polished steel plate is welded to the stainless front plate and frame to provide strength and durability. Maintaining the temperature range of 200°F - 575°F is made simple with the help of the metal knobs controls. 

This unit is fitted with adjustable 4" stainless steel legs to provide the ability to adjust to your perfect height. The Globe gas griddle is perfect for any kitchen serving a limited menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
