The Globe PG36E electric countertop griddle streamlines line cooking with a 36-inch width and a compact 13-inch plate depth. A 3/8-inch-thick griddle surface provides responsive heat transfer for breakfast rushes and all-day service. Two thermostats spanning 70–575°F let you set distinct zones for searing, finishing, or holding.

Dial in one zone for eggs while the other powers through burgers, quesadillas, or grilled vegetables. Independent on/off switches for each element help you stage production and curb idle energy use during slower periods.

A stainless steel removable catch tray with 4.5-cup capacity simplifies grease management, and three-sided splash guards keep the station tidy.
