With one door on the front and one on the rear, the Hatco FDWD-2 Flav-R-Fresh® hot pizza merchandiser can be utilized as a pass-through machine to connect the kitchen to the serving counter or directly to customers. Glass on the front and sides allows consumers to plainly see the items, while fluorescent lighting brightens the interior to highlight the food. 

This item has a rotating, four-level circular rack so that customers can view it from all directions. The Hatco FDWD-2 hot food merchandiser is versatile in size and has room for 15-inch pizzas as well as tiny items like croissants and bagels. To maintain the best possible freshness, heat and humidity are independently controlled.
