The 20-quart bowl of the Hobart HMM20-1STD Centerline planetary mixer, which is intended for all-purpose applications, remains stable as the agitator inside revolves. It operates at three different speeds and allows users to blend, mix, and incorporate ingredients. The transmission is gear driven, which means no belts are utilized, eliminating the possibility of them slipping and halting operation. 

The digital controls make using this mixer simple, and the time recall feature, which is great for mixing many batches of the same recipe, recalls the last timer setting. Both the removable bowl guard and the bowl of this Hobart HMM20-1STD industrial mixer are made of stainless steel.
