It produces up to 1400 lb of crescent ice per 24 hours at 70°F air/50°F water, and 1260 lb AHRI certified at 90°F/70°F. A remote condenser helps keep heat and noise away from prep and service areas to protect workflow.
The stainless steel exterior stands up to demanding environments, while H-GUARD Plus antimicrobial protection supports sanitation between cleanings. Crescent cubes nest neatly for smooth dispensing, attractive cocktails, and efficient ice well packing.
