Speed up assembly on the 10-inch-deep, 1/2-inch-thick white polyethylene cutting board while adapter bars let you tailor the rail layout. Drawers and top rail accept pans up to a 6-inch maximum depth, supporting menu shifts from breakfast to late-night. Built with a stainless steel interior and stainless exterior front, sides, and hinged top cover for long-lasting durability.

A self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system with R290 refrigerant and hot gas condensate removal simplifies installation and service.
