A rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system simplifies placement and service.
Stage and assemble salads, subs, and wraps on the 10-inch-deep, 1/2-inch-thick white polyethylene cutting board. Adapter bars are included for flexible pan layouts, and the drawers and top rail accept pans up to 6 inches deep for batch-prepped ingredients. Use the door section and adjustable shelf to hold backup product and bulky containers.
Stainless steel interior with stainless front, sides, and a hinged top cover suits busy kitchens and cleaning routines. Four 6-inch casters, two with brakes, aid positioning, while hot gas condensate removal manages defrost water.
