Engineered for fast, organized prep on busy lines, the Hoshizaki SR60B-16 Steelheart sandwich top refrigerator pairs a 60-inch rail with a two-section refrigerated base. Keep backup product within reach in 14.8 cu. ft. of storage behind two solid doors and two adjustable shelves. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration helps maintain performance while keeping the work area clear.

Stage and present ingredients in the included sixteen 1/6-size pans (4-inch deep), with a 6-inch maximum pan depth on the top rail. Prep confidently on the 10-inch deep by 1/2-inch thick white polyethylene cutting board, then close the stainless hinged top cover to protect contents between rushes. A full set of adapter bars is provided for flexible pan layouts.

Built for daily service, the stainless steel interior and stainless exterior front and sides simplify cleaning and stand up to frequent use. Hot gas condensate removal streamlines upkeep, while R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP system support consistent temperatures.
