A self-contained, rear-mounted system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and is ENERGY STAR certified to help curb energy use.

Built for daily service, the stainless steel interior and stainless steel exterior front, sides, & top withstand heavy traffic and frequent cleaning. A solid hinged door and one adjustable shelf let you organize pans, containers, and backups without slowing the line. Four 2.25-inch stem casters, two with brakes, make it easy to roll out for sanitation and lock in place for service.
