The imperial range IHPA-3-36 gas countertop hotplate is designed for kitchens that need big power in a compact space. Featuring three open PyroCentric™ burners and a rugged stainless steel build, this 36-inch wide unit delivers a total of 96,000 BTUs—perfect for heavy-duty sautéing, boiling, and pan work in high-traffic kitchens.
Each 32,000 BTU burner features a standing pilot for instant ignition and includes a 7,000 BTU simmer feature for precise temperature control. Cast iron top grates have built-in bowls that channel heat efficiently upward, while shielding pilots from grease and debris. The durable design includes a 5-inch deep landing ledge for convenient plating and prep.
With a removable full-width crumb tray, welded stainless seams, and adjustable 4-inch stainless legs, the IHPA-3-36 is built for long-term commercial use. Its range-match profile makes it a seamless addition to any professional cooking line.
