Each of the two burners is thermostatically controlled for precise temperature regulation, ensuring consistency during peak service. With 60,000 total BTUs and aeration baffles between burners, the surface heats evenly from edge to edge. A continuous pilot system provides instant ignition whenever you need it.

Designed for durability and cleanliness, the ITG-24 features stainless steel on the front, sides, splash guard, and one-piece rolled ledge. A 4-inch grease trough and a 1-gallon removable grease can with a weep hole make grease management quick and hassle-free.
