Load up three 24" x 36" shelves built from 14-gauge stainless steel with reinforced edges, offering rugged strength and smooth transfers. With 11-3/8" shelf clearance and a 1000 lb. capacity, it handles sheet pans, bus boxes, smallwares, and bulk ingredients without slowing your workflow.

Roll easily on a mixed caster set: (2) 5" reinforced swivel plate casters up front for agile maneuvering and (2) 8" fixed casters for straight-line stability, all with non-marking polyurethane wheels. A 1" O.D. tube push handle and integrated bumpers, plus (2) 6" bumpers riveted to the front legs, help protect walls and equipment, while the open base U-frame with angled stainless steel supports efficient loading.
